Terms and conditions for holiday reservations:

Payment schedule:
A Booking Deposit of 25% of the rental amount, minimum of €200 is to be paid within five days to secure a reservation.
A further Booking Deposit of 75% is to be paid eight weeks before the start of the reservation.  The damage deposit is to be paid in cash upon arrival.  If paying the damage deposit in UK Sterling, payment is to be made one week prior to the start of the reservation.  Damage deposits will be refunded within seven days of your check out.

Failure to pay the balance by the due date, and/or in the event of cancellation the property can automatically be re-let.  Should the property not be re-let the Booking Deposit will not be refunded.

The property owner of the property cannot accept any liability or pay any compensation where the performance of our contractual obligation is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances beyond our control.  Such circumstances would include any event which we or the supplier of the services could not foresee or avoid as, for example, civil strife, natural disaster, industrial dispute, fire, adverse weather conditions, breakdown and all similar circumstances beyond our control.

All baggage and personal possessions remain at all times and all circumstances at your risk. You are strongly advised to have full insurance to cover all such items for loss or theft in all circumstances.

The property owner cannot be held responsible for any accident or injury howsoever caused to any occupier or visitor to the property.  All such persons are advised to take care that such injury is not caused by equipment. It is to be noted that proper precautions should be taken in relation to the marble and tiled floors which are in common use in Spain and it should be ensured that these are kept dry at all times to prevent accidents.  All members of the party are advised to take full medical and accident insurance to cover all eventualities and this Contract is accepted by the owners on that basis.

Particulars of all guests are required to be provide to their stay, including passport or ID card details.

Check in time is 16:00 hours on day of arrival
Check out is no later than 10:00 hours on last day of the reservation

Check in and check out during unsociable hours will incur an additional charge of €25 on each occasion.  Unsociable hours are between the hours of 2100 and 0800.

It may be possible to enter the property earlier and leave later, this will be discussed on a individual basis, and depend on other reservations. 

What is included in the rental cost
The apartment will be cleaned for arrival.

Electricity (within reasonable use), gas, community charge and air-conditioning, where applicable.
All bed linen (except linen for cots).
Towels (bath and hand) will be provided for your use.

Some properties provide beach/pool towels.

Basic essentials for your arrival, hand soap, toilet paper, washing up liquid etc

End of stay clean.  Should the property be left in an unacceptable condition, an extra cleaning charge will be taken from the damage deposit.

Flights and travel insurance are not included in the price
