My sale was never going to be easy but Henny and Michelle were excellent. They helped with legal advise, professional advice and even personal when needed. Nothing was too much for them and they were always there when you wanted them be it in person or at the end of a phone. I have to say they earned every penny of their commission and then some. It was a difficult market place with Covid but BluCee consistently managed to rent the apartment to Spaniards and Northern Europeans when the Brits were unable to travel. Superb service by BluCee. I contacted BluCee during lockdown (May2020), as soon as lockdown was lift the girls came to my villa. The villa was listed and sold within 7 weeks. This was my first house sale in Spain, so I was grateful of the professional and friendly services they gave to me. They made me feel that I was the only person who mattered. However Blucee are so proactive & found a buyer looking for a property like ours! They also keep you informed after viewings.
