Around the terrace there are doors to two storage rooms, the second large double bedroom which fits a double and single bed and has two windows facing out to the views. The third bedroom is a single with alcove for clothes and has a connecting door to the fourth large double. Again both with lovely views. These two rooms can be accessed independently or used as one suite. Steps lead up to a covered area with sink and the washing machine. A door to the right leads to a bathroom with a small bathtub and overhead shower. To the left is the fifth double bedroom with double doors leading onto the back terrace.
The courtyard is a beautiful setting for dining and relaxing, vines grow across a frame to provide shade and of course fruit.
The back terrace has doors large enough for it to be used as a parking area for at least two cars if wished.
At the back of the property is further land which is planted with olive and almond trees.
This property is on mains water and electricity. It is not on mains sanitation and we would advise installing a septic tank.
Iznate is a white village in the hills of the Axarquia set just 10km up from the beach at Valle Niza on the Málaga coast. The village has two supermarkets, a number of bars and restaurants, a children’s playground and a lovely community feel. Just 40 minutes drive to Málaga international airport.
