Viñuela is a small village located in the province of Malaga, Spain. It is situated at the foot of the Sierra de Tejeda Natural Park and next to the Viñuela reservoir. The village is known for its relaxing atmosphere and beautiful natural surroundings.

Viñuela has a small town center with narrow winding streets, whitewashed houses, and a small plaza featuring a church. The village is surrounded by hills covered with olive groves, almond trees, and grape vines.

The village also has a few restaurants serving traditional Spanish cuisine, as well as a few shops and small businesses. Viñuela is a great place if you are looking for a peaceful and tranquil second home in Andalusia.

Alcaucin is in a privileged position above the Lake of Viñuela and at the foot of the Sierra de Tejeda and Alhama National Park. It’s is 35 minutes to the coast and 55 minutes to Malaga international airport. Across the valley you can see the Zafarraya Pass leading you into the province of Granada.
