Penthouse Gui is a lovely two bedroom Penthouse apartment, located in the Spanish seaside village of El Morche, Torrox, Malaga, Costa del Sol.
It has a large private roof terrace with a sea view and countryside views. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms.
The communal swimming pool has a toilet block and life guard. The pool is open from mid June until the mid September (the exact dates are out of our control). The pool area is for residents and guests only. The beach is only 100m from the apartment.
The apartment building has slopes and lifts. The are stairs inside the apartment for access to the private roof terrace.
Living area:
Full height patio doors to one end, which open onto a terrace with table and chairs and a view of the swimming pool and sea. The room is furnished with a sofa, arm chair, flat screen TV, units and coffee table. Air-conditioning.
Kitchen:
Fully fitted kitchen, with fitted table and stools for 4 people. Equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, hob, microwave oven, kettle, plates, bowls, drinking and wine glasses, mugs, pots, pans and cutlery.

Double bed, two bedside tables and bedside lights.
Fitted wardrobe. Ceiling fan and black out shutter.

Two single beds.

There are lifts and slopes making it very easy for pushchairs and people with difficulty walking stairs.
